Weltra CRM processes WhatsApp messages on your behalf using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account; message and contact data from that account is stored securely in your workspace and is only accessible to your authorized team members. We comply with Meta's data usage policies. WhatsApp API usage fees are billed by Meta to your business, not by Weltra.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal or compliance purposes.
